This move isolates your chest muscles, taking your arms out of the equation so all the work have to be done by your chest.
How to do it
· Lie on am incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand directly above your chest, arms straight and palms facing each other.
· Make sure your head and shoulders are supported on the bench and your feet are flat on the floor.
· With a slight bend in your elbows, slowly lower the weights out to the side as far as is comfortable.
· Don’t arch your back.
· Use your pecks to reverse the movement and raise the weights back to the top.
