Dumbbell Fly

This move isolates your chest muscles, taking your arms out of the equation so all the work have to be done by your chest.
Dumbbell Fly

How to do it
·      Lie on am incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand directly above your chest, arms straight and palms facing each other.
·      Make sure your head and shoulders are supported on the bench and your feet are flat on the floor.
·      With a slight bend in your elbows, slowly lower the weights out to the side as far as is comfortable.
·      Don’t arch your back.
·      Use your pecks to reverse the movement and raise the weights back to the top.
